GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Our Grounds Maintenance team has all the equipment to mow large and small areas. From private properties and holiday lets to fine turf or rough areas. We have the facilities to collect and recycle the grass, either on or off site.

Scarifying, moss and thatch removal, decompaction and aerating of turf. Chemical application and spraying of fertilizers and herbicides.

Strimming large and difficult areas of grass can be hard to do but our Grounds Maintenance team are experienced and trained in carrying out these works. We use personal protective equipment and quality machinery.

Whether it is an ornamental hedge or boundary field hedge, our services include: cutting, clearing and disposing of the clippings on or off site according to your preference. Our works will result in a beautifully cut hedge and a clear site.

Overgrown gardens can be a real challenge. OTM carry out land and garden clearance such as clearing brash, weed growth, ground foliage and excavating trees or stump removal. We can break up and remove patios, old sheds, concrete paths and masonry walls and other unwanted garden structures. All debris can be removed safely from site.

OTM has fully qualified licensed operators to carry out spraying for all types of weed control for hard surfaces, curb edges, lawn treatment and fungicide control.

We can carry out litter clearance and other site maintenance tasks. Every individual project is carefully surveyed and assessed before any work commences so we can carry out the work safely and effectively.

OTM carry out grass cutting and other maintenance projects in steep, hard to access locations. We have specialist and remotely operated equipment to allow safe and efficient delivery of these services.
